Motors have to be powered by a source, such as

a battery or solar cell. How can Rae attach the solar

cell to the body? “Make sure to read the instructions

thoroughly,” Carlos says. He shows Rae a part that

she missed. She has to use double-sided foam tape

to connect the  at solar cell and the body.

Step Two

Rae makes sure that the two wires from the

motor are touching the solar cell. That will power

the motor. She removes the paper backing from

the double-sided tape and attaches the solar cell.

She makes sure they stick together well. Rae thinks

she might be done. She looks at the directions and

learns that she has one more important step.
